Our dedicated team of around 80 staff, including advisors, instructors, boat crews (divers and skippers), and support staff, are committed to empowering communities and spearheading change through innovative and inclusive approaches.

The INLOC team has developed a high level of skill, integration and innovation through our involvement in a broad range of projects and has extensive experience in the management and delivery of customised programs across diverse environments.

INLOC is a veteran owned business and takes great pride in being an employer of choice, with over 50% of our full-time staff being Defence veterans. Furthermore, 10% of our workforce comprises First Nations individuals.
